It occurs in different types

Foods that can be eaten
1. High fibre or more nutritious food.For example various vegetables, oatmeal, broccoli, carrots, etc.

After 4 weeks, the researchers found that participants who consumed the yoghurt and antibiotics tended to eliminate the infection more effectively than those who only took antibiotics.
3. Garlic: Various studies have said that eating raw garlic reduces gastric problems. Those who cannot chew raw garlic can eat it by chopping garlic.
4. Fish, chicken, turkey can be eaten instead of red meat.
5. Cucumber: Cucumber is much more effective in keeping the stomach cool.It contains flavonoids and anti-inflammatory ingredients that reduce flatulence
6. Papaya: Papaya contains an enzyme called papaya which increases digestion. Regular consumption of papaya reduces gas problems.
6. Ginger: Ginger is the most effective anti-inflammatory food.If you have flatulence and gas in your stomach, crush ginger and eat it with salt.The problem of gas will be solved in a short time.
