Easy way to detect stroke, ask three simple questions:
S - Smile. Ask the patient to smile.
T - Talk. Ask the patient to say a sentence with you. Example: Today is a beautiful day.
R - Raise hands. Ask the patient to raise both hands together.
If the patient has a problem or difficulty in any of these, take him to the hospital immediately and tell the doctor about the problem.(Patient refers to a person suspected of having a stroke)
Another way to identify is to ask the patient to stick out his tongue.If it is folded, or if it bends to one side, it is also a sign of a stroke.He should be rushed to a hospital.
